BEYOND THE BOX EDUCATION

BTBE is a student-centered, real-world learning school. We reside on PEG Farm, St. Joseph and have more than 100 acres of farm to work and explore on.

Today BTBE is home to over 60 thriving young people, exploring their passions and learning through interest each day.

In 2016 the founder of BTBE, Gabrielle Logan, realised that there was a need for a more diverse approach to learning in Barbados and so began her two-year journey to construct the most dynamic and engaging school possible.

We are a Big Picture Learning (BPL) school and aim to stay as true to the BPL way as we possibly can. Centering our entire design around our belief that learning should be designed for "One student at a time".

Individualized quality education

Our goal is to ensure that each student is receiving the best education possible for themselves based on their interests, strengths and weaknesses. We do not compare any student to anyone but themselves.
