Academics
At BTBE we follow the National Curriculum set out by the Ministry of Education until our children finish secondary school (5th form), where we then move on to the IBPLC. Where we vary from other schools on the island is in our implementation.
Our students are taught all the content that other schools offer them, but we deliver it in the most dynamic way possible. Our goal is to have our children deeply understand what they are learning so they carry it with them through life. They are not only able to understand, but they are also able to do.

The Internation Big Picture Learning Credential (IBPLC) is a new international credential awarded to our Graduate students (ages 16 +).
It is an individualised student-centred pathway to graduation that reflects all our Big Picture Learning goals throughout a rigorous two-year program.

Tell me and I will forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I will learn.
